• Realize wisely and earnestly a New Year is only a new beginning if we dare to begin anew.

• Our dreams only work if we do.

• We have an obligation to actively show up every day for ourselves and those we lead with purpose and intention, even on days we do not feel our best.

• As we continue to navigate these historical times, it will require deeper courage, empathy, grace, and authentic curiosity.

• At 86, I realize that questions about life's journey will never cease.

• If this year continues to teach us anything, it’s that life is precious ― and can be here one day and gone the next.

• It takes courage to transform our lives and to live uncommonly.

• We will often spend more hours planning our vacations, but we won’t spend that same amount of time planning out our lives.

• There is always an opportunity to grow, dream, prosper, and be more than you ever believed you could be.

• Your life, voice, and story have a purpose. It is okay not to have discovered it today, and it is okay not to be okay.

• We should never stop learning, unlearning, relearning, and living.

• Let us amass the courage in 2024 to do what’s right — not just what’s comfortable — even if it’s in the face of fear.
