The contest is and always will be "ME" vs. "ME."
Few of us have the same motives at the same time or with the
same priority. This puts a lot of coaches and players in a potential conflict every day.
Life's biggest gap is the one between knowing and doing.
Being uncommon may be the greatest growth opportunity of your life.
Trust is the foundation on which the relationship is built. Without it there is no relationship.
Coaches and leaders are in the problem solving business.
Dare to be Great
Do what others don't.
See what others don't.
Ask what others don't.
Go where others don't.
Question what others don't.
Say what others don't.
Believe what others don't.
Learn what others don't.
Live like others don't.

Be wrong so someone else can be right.
Those you lead won’t tell you their real feelings or problems until they feel connected to you.
The minute you think you've won, you've lost.
It's a wise person who changes before they have to.
They call you coach for name recognition only. Your responsibilities far exceed coaching: you are a manager, leader, and educator.
