Each day is a unique opportunity to plant the seeds for the relationships we envision for tomorrow.
As leaders and positive difference-makers, we are responsible for pouring empathy, courage, and compassion into others.
When we take the time to distinguish between internal and external motivators, we can improve our relationship with ourselves with greater intention, clarity, and connection.
Understand we have a choice of either welcoming change or resisting change.
Realize there’s always a price we have to pay directly or indirectly as we grow.
To lead others, we must also cultivate moments each day for ourselves, our own growth, and our own discoveries.

The Currency of Life

Relationships are the currency of life ― and the most important relationship you will ever have is with yourself.

Relationships are investments of:

time
creativity
energy
and equity

When we make daily deposits into our personal growth, we focus on the task at hand instead of drifting too far into the past or future.
If we are constantly consumed by our mental chatter, technology, or reacting to external situations, we become unaware of our breath and own state of being.
Each day we should let go of the role of feeling the need to be perfect. It only creates stagnation, procrastination, and inner turbulence.
The seed of greatness takes time to grow and blossom. Patience becomes a transformative virtue.
