"Maybe the little things that you consider your weaknesses are actually the things that people treasure the most about you. Maybe you hate that you care too much...or that you wear your heart on your sleeve, but some people think that's the best damn thing about you. We all have different little things that make up who we are; we don't need to change those things, but we can choose who we share them with."
I. Kindness Isn't Integrity
Many people mistake warmth for integrity.
The fact that someone is nice to us doesn't mean they'll do right by us.
Trustworthiness can't be judged in one interaction. It has to be observed over time.
People with strong principles honor their commitments to us and to others.

II. The Silent Thief of Peace
Overthinking is the silent thief of peace.
It's the constant replay of "what ifs," "should haves," and "why did theys" that keep your mind in a loop of anxiety and self-doubt.
Overthinking tricks you into believing that if you just analyze everything a little more, you'll find clarity ― but instead, it only magnifies the chaos.
When you overthink, you lose connection with the present moment.
You're caught in the endless pursuit of control, forgetting that life isn't meant to be perfectly understood, only lived.
The truth is, peace doesn't come from solving every question ― it comes from trusting yourself to handle whatever answers life gives you.

III. Coming Home to Empathy
Empathy is more than seeing another's pain.
It's feeling it pulse through your own chest, like your heart is trying to beat in time with theirs, like the universe is calling you to understand that we are all connected by invisible threads―by the silent wounds we carry, by the stories we never speak.
This world moves fast. Faster than the human heart can keep up.
And in the rush, we've forgotten how to feel, how to stop and sit in the rawness of someone else's grief, in the quiet storm of another's heartbreak. We're too quick to push it away, to say, not mine.
Empathy is the love that holds us all, whether we see it or not, whether we feel it or not, it's always there, waiting to bring us home.

V. Question
What is this moment and season trying to teach me?
VI. This Week, I Will
Live my truth.
Ask more questions.
Be patient with myself.
Not jump to conclusions.
Cultivate moments for stillness.
The Last Words…
"Meeting people is never an accident. Someone can't walk in and out of your life without reason. Lessons and the growth that you experience are never spontaneous. It's always meant to be. There's a higher purpose, an end beyond you and I, which we will never know until we reach it. So, I want you to stop treating your experiences as casual occurrences that randomly took place and start looking for a deeper meaning, an end, or a goal. Something that helps you flourish, that teaches you the important lessons that only people and their existence can provide you. There is a plan—and you must find it if you want to conquer it. Think about it, in a world consisting of over 8 billion people, each capable of teaching you something— why did your path cross with this person? It was because you needed a particular lesson at this point in your life. Think about it deeply, only then will you stop treating your growth as an accident and start appreciating it as a beautiful journey meant just for you."
