Sunday Thinking ― 2.16.25
"May you maintain your soft, beautiful heart, but may you also deeply know your worth."
The weekly Sunday Thinking newsletter is quick-hit content that aims to provide a booster shot to your thought process as you end and start your week.
"One day, you are going to stand in the place your pain once lived, and all you will feel is peace. One day, you are going to realize that you did not receive what you thought you once wanted because you deserved more. And while you may not feel like it at this moment in time, I hope you never stop having faith in the fact that the person you are becoming is worth every scar, and lesson, you have had to collect along the way — is worth the strength it is taking to stay open, to stay kind, to keep hope in the equation."

I. The Gifts You Give Without Knowing
You have no idea how much impact your kindness has.
Without even knowing, you have turned bad days into great ones, you have reconnected people with their power, and you have helped many realize that there is still some good in the world.

Calmness supports mental clarity
Letting go supports inner peace
Kindness supports abundance
Honesty supports connection
Intuition supports purpose
Acceptance supports joy

II. It All Passes
It all passes.
The good, the bad, the unknown everything.
It all passes.
Give yourself a second to breathe deeply and remind yourself that whatever season you're in right now, whatever is happening in your life today...
It will pass.

III. Sacred Soft Reminders
Your energy is your most valuable currency— spend it wisely on people who reciprocate, spaces that energize, and purposes that fulfill. Not everything that demands attention deserves it.
Authenticity over adaptation. There's power in remaining true to yourself while everyone else chases trends and temporary validation. Your path may be slower, but it's yours.
Those who try to dim your light are battling their own darkness. Whole people don't break others to feel complete. Their criticism is a mirror reflecting their own battles, not your worth.
Peace isn't about controlling your surroundings it's about mastering your response. Your calm is your power, even when storms rage around you.

V. Question
What is the story I keep telling myself about who I am, and is it serving my growth or suppressing my purpose?
VI. This Week, I Will
Be selective with my focus.
Combat stress with self-compassion.
Lean into uncertainty as a form of empowerment.
Keep taking care of myself, even when I am tired.
Remember, everything does not have to be perfect for me to start.
The Last Words…
“How are you, really? I know you said you are fine, but I mean— how are you when the day ends and the lights go out? When the world stops asking you for anything and there's no one around for you to convince that you have it all together. How are you when you're lying in bed listening to the silence that knows too much? When the loneliness that doesn't care how many people love you finds a way in anyway. Do you still carry the weight of the things you swore you'd let go of? The things you don't talk about anymore. Do your bills know about your dreams? The ones you shoved away in a drawer because the world didn't have room for them. Or have they learned to be quiet too, just like you? And your job. Does if fill you, or just fill the hours? Is it what you love, or is it just enough noise to keep your heart from asking the questions you don't have the answers to. And tell me, has someone stayed long enough to prove that not everyone leaves? Or have you learned to keep your bags packed, just in case? How are you now that you've perfected getting by, but forgotten how to truly live? I know you said you are fine, but are you, really?”
