The weekly Sunday Thinking newsletter is quick-hit content that aims to provide a booster shot to your thought process as you end and start your week.
“If you woke up today with the opportunity to add another page to the story of your life, then you owe it to yourself to create the most beautiful story you can imagine. Whatever that is. However that looks to you. Let the ink spill onto the blank page and fill the empty lines with the magic you thought was out there but was really inside you this whole time. Write a story of hope and redemption. Of strength and perseverance. Of falling apart and having the courage to pick up the broken pieces and put yourself back together again. Write about how you intimately know grief and heartbreak because you had the courage to love with your whole heart, even when you had no guarantees that you'd receive the same love in return. Let the ink smear across the page from all the moments you laughed so hard that your tears left a permanent mark on the unwritten pages of your future. And let the spaces between words be quiet pauses of appreciation. Deep breaths and spiritual resets. Gratitude for a life fully lived. If you woke up today with the opportunity to add another page to the story of your life, then you owe it to yourself to write the story of how you lived it fully. Messy and afraid but hopeful and brave. Heart open. Vision clear. Always looking towards the sun.”

I. Leaning Into Trust to Transform
Trust is the key to moving from where you are to where you want to be. When you trust without needing to see the outcome, you align yourself with the flow of the Universe.
This energy is powerful because it's clear, confident, and free of resistance. The Universe responds to your energy.
If you doubt or try to control every detail, you're signaling that you don't believe it's possible.
But when you trust, you let go of the need to force things, allowing the Universe to work in ways you can't always predict or see.
That's when opportunities and outcomes begin to align. Trust doesn't mean doing nothing―it means being open to the signs, following your intuition, and taking inspired action when it's needed.
It's a state of calm confidence that says, "I know this is happening."
That energy is what allows the Universe to deliver in ways far greater than you imagined.

II. It’s Okay
Sometimes you just don't have it, and that's okay.
It's okay to not have the energy to pretend.
It's okay to not have the words.
It's okay to not have the capacity to show up.
It's okay to not put their needs before yours.
It's okay to not feel your best all the time.
It's okay to not be perfect.
It's okay to admit you need help.
It's okay to not be "on" all the time.
It's okay to pause, even when there's more to do.
It's okay not to be okay.
It’s simply okay.

III. Be the Light
In a world that is moving so fast, where genuine, safe connections and interactions feel hard to find.
Where people have become replaceable objects, causing everyone to be on the back foot questioning other people's intentions and building walls around their own hearts as protection, just be the light.
Remind others that it is safe to be with another human, that it is safe to be with you, in the entirety of who they are.
Remind people that good exists, that pure hearts exist, that depth exists, that genuine connection still exists, and that relationships can exist with no ulterior motive, other than love.
Operate from light always. The world needs it, humans need it. We all need it.

V. Question
Before I speak, let my words pass through three gates: Is it true? Is it necessary? Is it kind?
VI. This Week, I Will
Pause. Recharge. Reset.
Trust my journey, even when the path is unclear.
Keep dreaming. Keep doing. Keep going. Keep growing.
Remember, I am absolutely capable of handling what's ahead.
Treat people with kindness. We're all carrying something heavy.
The Last Words…
"In the end, it's all about how we made someone feel. It's about how we showed up that mattered. It was never about what we bought for them, what we received, where things took place, or how they unfolded. It was always about the feelings we birthed and the traces, the remnants, the undefinable energy we left with another soul. If we approach every interaction with the understanding that the impression is what endures—if we keep the impact of everything that oozes out of our bodies and the effect it has in mind—our connections will be much more profound. Life is about how we slam our hearts into people and places, the emotions we evoke, what it ignites, and how it made someone feel something. So be mindful. Be intentional. Leave something remarkable behind. Be the person who cares. Be the person who leaves others feeling better than they felt after sitting in your presence. Live loudly, live tenderly, and live without holding yourself back. Be the person who wants to create something magical. Something memorable. Something worth savoring. Something worth wanting more of."
