The most basic and powerful way to connect with another person is to listen.
Listening is a choice.
Listening is a gift.

II. Ditch Your Baggage

Anxiety & Depression
Fear & Bigotry
Greed & Cruelty

III. Mindful Breathing

Remain still while focusing your energy and attention on your breath for 1 minute.
Release any tension, overthinking, fear, or troubles you might be experiencing at this moment as you deeply and gracefully inhale and exhale for one minute.
