I. The Grit Formula

The two-part formula for grit is based on passion and perseverance:

  • Talent x Effort = Skill

  • Skill x Effort = Achievement

“Talent is how quickly your skills improve when you invest effort. Achievement is what happens when you take your acquired skills and use them.”

II. Daily Exercise

Create 2 lists to map the excellence of your day.

  1. Your focus list.

  2. Your ignore list.

“Treat energy the same way you treat money. It’s a finite resource that needs to be wisely managed and invested.” — Dandapani

The Last Words…

“Be kind to yourself, be kind to others, forgive...forget...don't hold grudges....if you have nothing nice to say maybe try not to say anything. There's peace in silence. Time on Earth is precious and you just never know....you never know what could happen. Hold your loved ones close, and cherish the times you have with those you care about.”
