― Iyanla Vanzant
I. Gentle Reminders for the Week
I am not afraid of my truth.
I was created to live a life rooted in abundance.
Running from my gifts is no longer an option.
I am open to receiving all that is meant for me—now and forever.
I am worthy.

II. Qualities of the Master Coach
Lead with Conviction & Listen to Learn
Welcomes Criticism & Manages Energy

III. Evolution is a Personal Choice.
Evolution begins when we make the choice to stretch our courage boundaries. Stretching means undergoing some discomfort.
We can evolve in these ways:
Mentally – Your mind-set will either aid or hinder your growth. Focus on thoughts that support your courage journey and reject fear-based thinking.
Emotionally – Nurturing your emotional intelligence helps you get to know yourself and others more deeply.
Physically – Exercise and eating well bolster your health, well-being and ability to make courageous choices.
Intellectually – Embrace learning to spur bold decision-making.
Spiritually – Attempting to connect with something beyond yourself boosts your intuition.

IV. Question
If this was the last week of your life, how would you live it?
V. This Week I Will
Help someone.
Cultivate stillness.
Let go of comparison.
Nurture my resilient spirit.
Make time to take care of myself.
The Last Words…
“One can choose to go back toward safety or forward toward growth. Growth must be chosen again and again; fear must be overcome again and again.”
― Abraham Maslow
