“You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.”
― Dr. Maya Angelou
I. The Virtue of Trust
Trust takes years to build, seconds to break, and forever to repair.
Learning to trust others and ourselves is something the ego continues to struggle with for an entire lifetime.
Never trust someone who lies to you. Never lie to someone who trusts you.
II. The Power of Now
The “Power of Now” comes from being completely present in the moment and freeing your consciousness from mental noise.
You can access a new dimension of consciousness by nonjudgmentally observing your thoughts, emotions and fears.
Instead of focusing on your life situation, pay attention to the only “real” thing – what is true in this moment.
The “egoic” mind exists in the past and future, but cannot function in the Now.

III. Develop A Get Better Mindset
Today is a gift. How will you use this day?
Listen to learn while unlearning to relearn.
Give your best effort no matter the circumstances.
Devote time to skill development, self-discovery and self-care.
Practice random acts of kindness daily. Kindness always wins.
Become the CEO of your mindset. Your life is no better than your relationship with your mind.
IV. Question
What's one thing I would like to do more of and why? How can I make that happen?
V. This Week I Will
Unite.
Choose love.
Live in the Now.
Listen to understand.
Be a positive difference maker.
The Last Words…
“In recognizing the humanity of our fellow beings, we pay ourselves the highest tribute.”
― Thurgood Marshall
