“The struggles we all face can start to weigh on us. Walking through it is offers us time to heal the parts of ourselves that need healing. Looking away doesn't make things go away. Feeling all of your feelings can be the gateway of getting back home to yourself. Make space for you in your life.”

I. Living A Life Of Impact
The bosses, leaders and coaches we remember:
Led by example.
Opened career doors.
Developed us as leaders.
Told us our work mattered.
Inspired us to stretch higher.
Recognized and rewarded us.
Defended us when we needed it.
Provided us a safe space to grow.
Forgave us when we made mistakes.

II. A Time For Renewal
May we choose to live in joy and tranquility as we welcome in spring and this season of rejuvenated renewal.
When life becomes hectic, and we feel overwhelmed, may these “I am” affirmations remind us life isn't happening to us, it's happening for us, and onward we will blossom:
I am guided.
I am loved.
I am whole.
III. Control What You Can Control
We have more control than we think. We can control our attitude, thoughts, words, emotions, and behavior to cultivate the personal growth and transformation we aspire to see in our lives.
The key is to start where we are while focusing on the art of getting 1% better each day.
To improve your mood, exercise.
To think more clearly, meditate.
To understand the world, read.
To understand yourself, write.
To help people, help yourself.
To learn faster, have fun.

IV. What We’re Excited About
Former NY Giant: “This Is The Opportunity of a Lifetime”
Kirstijan Sokoli just made the biggest decision of his career. The former New York Giant has joined a new roster. But we’re not talking about the NFL. The defensive end took his talents to Masterworks, the alternative investing platform.
Masterworks is a $1B tech unicorn that lets you invest in the growing art market. You get access to the hottest artists on earth and membership is free.
Why would someone leave the NFL for an investing platform? Well, art is an estimated $1.7 trillion dollar asset class. And Masterworks is the only company giving you access to it. According to him, Masterworks is “the opportunity of a lifetime.”
When you realize contemporary art prices outpaced the S&P 500 by 164% from 1995 to 2021, it's easy to understand why. Plus, Deloitte estimates the global value of art to grow by 58% by 2026. No wonder he’s bullish on art.
We’re even partnering with Masterworks, so you see for yourselves. To get priority access to what the WSJ calls the “hottest market on Earth” click here.

V. Question
What am I continuing to do out of habit, but is no longer serving me?
VII. This Week, I Will
Live mindfully.
Breathe deeper.
Go with the flow.
Lean into this season of renewal.
Choose to be happy or very happy.
The Last Words…
“Your first step is just that: the first of many steps. For so long I would stand still, afraid to move in any direction because I wasn’t sure which was the course I wanted to follow for the rest of my life. Finally, someone explained to me that my first steps did not necessarily determine one path for all my tomorrows. There would be more decisions, and more opportunities to make a shift should I need to do so.”
