I. The Servant Mindset
As a servant leader you must exhibit a willingness to engage in:
Courageous conversations.
Make difficult and unpopular decisions.
Ask smart questions.
Understand the value of saying No.

Judging Others

III. The Fragility of Life
Each day we are bestowed 86,400 seconds of unique opportunities. Do we use this time to:
give or take
love or hate
smile or frown
I can or I cannot
respect or disrespect
be a friend or an enemy
be a solution or the problem
IV. Question
What would happen if I did the best work I could without pretending to be something I am not?
V. This Week I Will
Read to lead.
Mindfully eat.
Choose kindness.
Be happy or very happy.
Control the controllables.
