Sunday Thinking
"Work deeply on understanding yourself so their assumptions or opinions of you become nothing but background noise in your story."
The weekly Sunday Thinking newsletter is quick-hit content that aims to provide a booster shot to your thought process as you end and start your week.
"If you aren't doubting your next move at all, it probably isn't the right one to make. If you don't feel any apprehension, it means you don't really care, you aren't really putting anything on the line, aand you aren't really taking a leap. Too many people stay stuck because they're afraid of the initial jolt of fear, but it ultimately means they never learn to spread their wings, and they never arrive anywhere new."
I. Do the Work
Do the work.
Do it when nobody's watching. Do it when nobody but you thinks it'll work out. Do it when everything's falling apart.
Do it when everything's going great. Do it when you have every excuse not to. Do it, no matter what.
Because your business won't build itself, your physique won't carve itself, and your goals aren't achieved with magic. Goals come with work. Work comes with resistance. Overcoming that resistance is the price that needs to be paid ― not just once, not just twice, but every damn day.
If you want to grow, the resistance needs to be faced.
Your excuses need to be destroyed.
And the work needs doing. It doesn't care how you feel or if the entire world is against you, all it cares about is that it gets done.
And if you want to go to bed satisfied and proud of yourself each night, then you have no choice but to look resistance in the face, rise to the challenge and do the thing you know you need to do.

The Last Words…
"For too long you’ve poured energy outwards, decorating other people while neglecting home. For too long you’ve put yourself second to keep other people smiling. Make room for yourself in your own life. Occupy the spaces you afford to other people once in a while. Prioritize you."
