Sunday Thinking
Just as we have been given the power to create a habit, so do we have the power to break a habit.

The weekly Sunday Thinking newsletter is quick-hit content that aims to provide a booster shot to your thought process as you end and start your week.
“Every time we ponder a thought, act on an impulse, or dwell on a desire, we are setting in motion a cause that will have a future effect. Mindfulness enables us to choose wisely.”
― Tamara Levitt, Author & Mindfulness Instructor
I. Become the CEO of Your Well-Being
Our mental health and well-being are more important than:
Our job title.
Our to-do list.
Making everyone else happy.
Someone else’s perception of us.
Our follower count on social media.
We cannot serve, lead, and love others to our maximum ability if we do not first show up for ourselves and prioritize our own mental health and self-care.
II. My Promise
I promise to do my best.
I promise to stay dedicated.
I promise to stand in my power.
I promise to count my blessings.
I promise not to abandon myself.
I promise not to silence my truth.
I promise not to stay down too long.
I promise not to overlook how far I've come.
I promise to trust my process in its entirety.

III. Elevate ― Choosing Growth
A “growth mindset” thrives on challenge and sees failure not as evidence of unintelligence but as a heartening springboard for growth and for stretching our existing abilities.
Criticism: A growth mindset learns from criticism.
Challenges: A growth mindset embraces challenges.
Effort: A growth mindset sees effort as the path to mastery.
Obstacles: A growth mindset persists in the face of setbacks.
The Success of Others: A growth mindset finds lessons and inspiration in the success of others.
“You have to be able to have a growth mindset. You keep your integrity, you keep your identity but you also have to be able to evolve.” ― LeBron James
IV. What We’re Excited About
Think for a second: where would you go to really level up as an entrepreneur? Not a coding academy. Not an MBA, that's for sure!
Day One is building the school for entrepreneurs. In the Day One Fellowship, over 10 weeks you'll level up and grow as a founder by actually doing work on your startup or business ideas and get hands on instruction, guidance and mentorship. Like a top tier school you'll meet peers and mentors, but in Day One they'll all be building alongside you and become lifelong collaborators.
Cohort 4 of the Day One Fellowship kicks off early June. Learn more and apply today!
V. Question
What are you holding on to that is creating tension in your mind?
VI. This Week I Will
Stay hydrated.
Choose growth.
Practice patience.
Give myself a mental rest.
Cultivate a nourishing habit.
The Last Words…
“At times you have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. What you'll discover will be wonderful. What you'll discover is yourself.”
― Alan Alda, Actor
