Tis not a crown nor a gilded throne,

It’s the courage to stand when the winds are high,

It’s lifting others when they can’t see,
The boundless power of “we,” not “me.”

A leader gives where others take,
Builds the bridge others forsake.
Plants the seed for the unseen grove,
Guided by purpose, fueled by love.

It’s a steady hand through storms untamed,
A humble heart, not seeking fame.
The gift of leadership is this and more—
A treasure that opens every door.

So as we gather and reflect this holiday season,
